What we do

One team for the newsletter and the feed.

Most agencies split email and social across different vendors. We run both from the same production pipeline, so your brand voice, offers, and creative assets stay in sync everywhere your audience sees them.

01

Newsletter design & production

Strategy, copy, layout, and send — recurring campaigns built for open rates, not just deadlines.

02

Social media assets

Static, animated, and short-video creative sized and paced for each platform, drawn from the same campaign calendar as your email.

03

Multilingual campaigns

Native-reviewed copy in any language your audience needs — proven at scale with a bilingual English/Arabic program, and built on a process that extends cleanly to others.

04

Lifecycle & automation

Triggered flows, A/B tested sends, and workflow automation so the program keeps working between campaigns.

Proof, not promises

Two programs, twenty years apart, same discipline.

Here's what recurring newsletter and social production actually looked like under our hand — from a 10-million-subscriber travel brand to a bilingual shipping platform built from a cold start. They're two ends of a career spent doing this continuously, with client work in between that isn't public-facing enough to write up as a full case study.

CASE STUDY 01 — TRAVEL / 2004–2019

Cheapflights

Newsletter · Social · 15-year engagement

We owned the newsletter and social campaigns for Cheapflights across a fifteen-year run, from the earliest opt-in send format through several major relaunches of the program — continuing after the company's acquisition by Kayak/Booking Holdings, through to 2019.

Industry-documented figures show the newsletter growing from its 2004 launch to 5 million global opt-in subscribers by 2011, following a redesign the company called "Dynamic Assembly" — and on to 10 million+ subscribers by 2015, sending in excess of a billion emails a year on behalf of travel partners.

The work spanned weekly deal bulletins, destination-specific editions, and social assets promoting fare drops across multiple English-speaking markets — the same recurring-production discipline we now bring to every client.

Figures above are company-reported and industry-documented for the period, reflecting the newsletter program as a whole rather than an isolated individual metric. Sources available on request.

Stackry

Bilingual EN/AR · Newsletter · Automation

Stackry needed a newsletter program built from scratch — one that could speak to its core U.S./English audience and a growing international base without losing coherence across markets. It's become our flagship proof of bilingual production: a full English/Arabic program built and run in parallel, with the same calendar, cadence, and quality bar in both.

Since standing up the program, we've produced 458 campaigns spanning seasonal promotions, bilingual holiday sends (Eid, Ramadan, Prime Day), lifecycle automation, and country-specific shipping-rate alerts — sending 3.6 million+ emails at a 99.54% average delivery rate.

Monthly send volume has scaled from roughly 123,000 emails in the first full month of the program to over 210,000 emails at its most recent peak — while holding delivery and engagement steady as volume grew.

Where the audience actually is: engagement clusters heavily around London, and — notably for a bilingual program — Riyadh and Kuwait City rank in the top three cities by volume, alongside Dubai, Doha, Jeddah, and Muscat.

One process, any language

Proven in Arabic. Built to work in anything.

Our clearest example is English/Arabic: brand names stay in English inside Arabic copy, dates use Western numerals with Arabic month names, and layouts flip to right-to-left without breaking. The same process — native-reviewed copy, correct layout conventions, a shared production calendar — is how we'd approach any second language your audience needs, with a native speaker checking every send before it goes out.
